Use this form to register your herd name and tattoo with the Pygora Breeders Association (PBA), this is required to register your farm's offspring.  Herd name and tattoo letters will belong to you for life.  Note: PBA will use your PayPal billing address.  Please include any address changes in the notes section during the PayPal checkout.

Herd names and Tattoo's can only be assigned to PBA Members, if you are not a member you can join on-line.

If you don't wish to use PayPal, you can mail the PBA Membership / Herd Name Application or call the PBA Office.
